Alina is the most remarkable body work practitioner I have worked with. Her cranial sacral therapy sustained me through pelvic pain that couldn’t be resolved with chiropractic and acupuncture. Her therapy helped me stay healthy through pregnancy. Currently, Alina has buoyed my health through a knee surgery recovery and plantar fasciitis.I rely on Alina for my sustained health and wellness and feel so privileged she’s part of my Prescott community. We’re so lucky to have her!!If you need a boost to your healing or have weird pains you can’t dial in for remedy and you need a caring,thoughtful touch, I highly recommend craniosacral therapy with Alina!

She is an excellent masseuse. She relaxes my whole body and makes me feel wonderful afterwards. She talks calm & easy, as she rubs smoothe & deep in her relaxing environment. I love going to her once a year!

I have had several massages in the past from different people. I was not sold on the practice; of course it felt good, but I didn't experience any lasting effects.. . . . . .until I went to Alina. Alina understands the body and the way if functions better than my doctor. She is passionate about better health. She gets to know her clients so that she can best serve them.
