I stumbled upon Bob and his staff at AC Medic a few years ago. I have been a loyal customer ever since! His team recently installed a new HVAC system in our Prescott home. It was not an easy job. The old unit could not be removed by a crane. Nor could the new unit be installed using a crane. Bob had his whole team come to the job and got the new unit in place. His entire team were kind, courteous and knowledgeable! They made fast work of a difficult job! If you need any HVAC work in the Prescott area, these are the best in the business! Make sure to sign up for the service plan! They come out twice a year and inspect your HVAC system and make any necessary repairs. The ladies in the office are on top of the service schedule and do a great job! These guys are top notch, starting from the owner on down!
On 2/16/2021 found myself with No Heat !!! I am already with ACmedic & called had Amazingly quick response in coming to my house, found problem in roof unit! Brought out part & installed in few hours!!!! LOVE 💘 THIS COMPANY & GROUP OF WORKERS!!!!!!!!!!!
