Duane was very quick to respond. Was at my home within 1 hour on a Sunday. He found our backup to our grinder. Cleaned out the area and found a shorted wire. Created a temporary fix until we could get an electrician to replace breaker. Duane was very caring and knowledgeable about the system we have. My wife and I are buying a home, and there was a plumbing issue (non emergency) that we wanted to get sorted out. We called Duane after hours to see when he could take a look at the issue, he was very nice and was able to resolve the issue the following morning. I personally was not there but I was told he was very good and very knowledgeable. I will use him again in the future.
