I have been going to Dr. Kai for about 10 years. He is the best Chiropractor I've seen. His techniques work!! I started the stemwave treatment almost a year ago with Jessica. They are both concerned about your needs. Very friendly front desk. I would recommend either of them!

As a physical therapist I am always open to learning techniques, but am also very skeptical. AMIT that is utilized at Optimal Chiropractics works like magic as you can immediately tell your strength and motion change. There aren't unnecessary X-Rays taken, just the owner - Kai's - knowledge to get you moving in the most functional way.

Dr Kai is fantastic and very caring. Highly recommended. We have been clients for several years. I noticed the three 1 star reviews and clearly they had the wrong place (complaining about blood tests and such) - Dr Kai is a chiropractor, not a medical clinic I wish there was a way to have these mistaken reviews removed. Anyway, call for an appointment- you’ll be glad you did. ?
