Was able to get my 18 1/2 cat, Simon, in today for a Quality of Life examination. Dr. Rogers, Melanie and Holly were all so quick, efficient and caring. Dr Rogers gave us a couple of suggestions, which we decided to try one of them for Simon. I like that PVPC has a separate dog and cat entrance and the environment is warm and inviting. I won't take my cats anywhere else, they are the best! The whole staff is wonderful!

When a lump on my furbaby's toe came back 8.5 months after removal, I needed to get him to the vet.After reading great reviews for Prescott Valley pet clinic,I gave them a call. Dr. Frank made sure to rush my pup for surgery despite her very busy schedule. She made sure to run every test prior to surgery.I was so stressed since he had to have a toe removed but thank GOD for Dr. Frank, the surgery was a success. Dr. Frank even called on her day off for a check up. I'm so thankful to her and her staff. God bless you all.

We have been very happy with Dr. Frank and her entire staff. On that awful day every pet owner dreads, the time and compassion shown us was extraordinary. The doctor even took time to write a personalized condolence card. To the reviewer who complained about the missed apt fee, if you knew the time she spent with us, you would have so much more respect for the value of her time.
