Indian Air has been providing HVAC services in the Quad Cities area since 2000. In 2008, owners Jason and Christine took over the business and have significantly improved the level and quality of services offered. They are proud to offer a full line of Trane products, full repair services, and bi-annual maintenance plans for home and business customers. To ensure they stay up-to-date with the latest industry technology and best practices, Indian Air's NATE certified technicians, installers, and service coordinators undergo regular factory training. The owners also continue their own education to keep current on the latest HVAC developments. One long-time customer was dreading the inevitable replacement of their two aging Lennox HVAC systems. After considering options from big box stores, they ultimately decided to go with Indian Air, a Trane authorized dealer and installer. From the first conversation with owner Jason, the customer felt they had found a trustworthy partner. Jason's knowledge, professionalism, and the exceptional customer service provided by office manager Christine put the customer at ease. Jason promptly visited the customer's home, providing an estimate that was lower than the big box stores for Trane's top-of-the-line Xv18 system. The installation process with technicians Tyler and Abel was seamless, with the installers proving to be knowledgeable and detail-oriented. The performance of the new Xv18 units has exceeded the customer's expectations, and they are very satisfied with their decision to choose Indian Air. Another long-time Indian Air customer shared similar praise for the company. Whenever their 2.5 ton Trane unit needed maintenance, they relied on Indian Air. When their 39-year-old unit stopped working, technician Abel was able to quickly diagnose and reset the issue. Recognizing the unit's age, Abel provided options and educated the customer on newer, more efficient 3-ton Trane units. The customer chose the 3-ton option, and Abel and Tyler, along with an experienced crane operator, completed the installation in just over 3 hours. The customer is thrilled with the new, more efficient unit and is confident it will last as long as the previous one. They highly recommend Indian Air and the technicians Abel and Tyler for their professionalism, courtesy, and skill. The office manager Steve also received praise for keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
