We bought a Shaw carpet 5 years ago that was suppose to be stain resistant and last year it got stained in about 8 places. I tried to remove the stain with the normal carpet cleaners but it only got worst. I talked to Vince at Five Brothers and he gave me a product from Shaw "Carpet Stain & Soil Remover R2X". It worked beautifully! Now the carpet is as pretty as we bought it. Thanks, Vince

Five brothers is awesome they have excellent customer service and are very welcoming as soon as you walk through the front door! They are probably the nicest flooring store in Prescott!

Outstanding service & installation! Had to wait for carpet order but they can't have everything in stock! The installer was on time & top notch! He explained what he was doing and very courteous! Couldn't ask for better people to deal with. Thanks! (We had moved from Hawaii to a house that needed some updates & the prices were perfect!)
