Called them for a problem with the heater, Charlie came, he identified the problem immediately and was able to fix it right away, He was very personable and professional. The cost was very reasonable. It was the first time I had used them but they will be my go to company in the futureService: Thermostat repair

Charlie was wonderful to us. He talked us through our AC problem over the phone. He also offered to come to our house, but with his help we solved our problem ourselves. Great service.

I called Dakota heating early this morning because my furnace was out. My handyman could not jump start it at the pilot light. Dakota had sent Charlie to assist me. Charlie was very professional and extremely thoughtful. Charlie called me 10 minutes after he left with a very helpful tidbit of info. I would definitely use this company again
