Life changing!!! I started using Sheena on a recommendation from my chiropractor and wow was he right. For about two years now I've been seeing Sheena on a regular basis. She doesn't do run of the mill resort massages. I referred to it as medicinal massage. She gets to know you and what your needing and actually works to improve your overall comfort and physical health. She is proficient in multiple types of massage, which makes it possible for her to help in many ways. Sheena is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She is an inviting and warm person and has a strong intuition into her clients needs and wellbeing. She knows what you need before you do. It's amazing to walk into a room and feel immediately comfortable, safe, and cared for. And it's even more amazing walking out feeling like a million bucks. I 100% recommend Sheena to everyone!
