Last July 11 a hail storm literally destroyed our home air conditioner and a friend recommended Accuracy Heating & Cooling LLC. Casey came out, made recommendations and sent me an estimate. After working through insurance paperwork, we were approved for the system Casey recommended. Today July 21, 2022 my wife was just inputting the utility bills into the computer and called me to come look at the electric bill. The billing period for last year and this year were both 30 days. The average temperature for the period last year was 76° and for this year 82°. Electricity usage last year was 1368 kWh and this year with the new system 767 kWh. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of Accuracy Heating and Cooling! Heather set up my appointment and was incredibly helpful. Then Steven came out to check the air conditioning system and made the repair in incredible time! Not once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured and they experience was outstanding beginning to end! I sincerely thank you ?
After consulting one of the big franchise ccompanies that tried to take advantage of elderly mother,called accuracy.
Arrived early and honest assessment of my situation, decided to go with his recommendation and glad i did. Saved her lot of money. Finished the repair promptly, professional and polite, everything back up and running. Highly recommend!!
