Stephanie with lemon drop lashes is phenomenal. I can’t tell you enough how amazing she is at lashes and hair. She’s been doing my lashes since she opened and I am in love and awe every time she’s done. I recently had my hair colored and cut by her as well and she left me speechless. I gave her a few inspiration photos and explanations of the changes I wanted that weren’t in the inspiration pictures and she went above and beyond what I wanted. She is amazing. Definitely go check her out. She is the bees knees for hair and lashes!!!!!

Did a thorough roof inspection and spot seal on my RV on short notice. He also provided lots of valuable information / and maintenance tips for my RV. Very reasonably priced as well.
We recently had our kitchen and family room floor done by Tile Perfected. The owner’s name is Tony San Felice. We used a tile that was 4’ long x 10” wide. It is an Italian made ceramic/porcelain tile that simulates a wood floor. It was not an easy tile to lay! Add to it, we had an uneven floor that needed to be remedied before the flooring could be put down. We had bids from four different tilers. Tony wasn’t the cheapest and he told me he wasn’t going to be the cheapest. However, I wanted a quality job in what I knew was going to be a difficult project. A couple of things stood out: 1. He was upfront and honest about when his crew would be available. 2. His bid was in line with the work needed. 3. He was honest and communicative about the scope of the work. 4. His installer was what I would call a “Master Craftsman”! Everything had to be done perfectly, or it was unacceptable! 5. He has several crews, so he is very flexible on staffing and resources. In the end, Tile Perfected was the right company for our job! We could not have picked a better tile installer! We will have them back to other flooring in our house. I would highly recommend Tony and Team. They do what they say they are going to do!
They arrived one time and behaved in a professional manner. The new controller was installed and the irrigation lines were repaired as needed. The lines were also buried to the proper depth and new pressure relief type valve bodies and water conserving heads were installed adjusted for proper distance and aligned for maximal lawn coverage.
Everything was cleaned up and all areas of digging was repaired.
I’d hire them again.

Ivette did my Brazilian and it was probably the best I’ve had! I’ve waxed and sugared for two years now. I’m from out of state and was very nervous going into a new salon away from home. If I lived here I honestly would be pre booking my next few appointments bc Ivette was that good and I know her books will be full very soon if not already with her skill. She has very calm, welcoming energy that put me at ease. Very satisfied and thankful!

Chasandra is really the only person I could recommend. I wear a hat almost 24/7 once my hair gets too long but when I walk out of my appointment with Chasandra I feel so much more confident in my appearance that I can go months without hiding my hair in a hat. She's absolutely amazing at working with all hair types and is just an incredible person - truly a masterful artist at her craft.

Morgan is not only sweet and welcoming but very good at her profession. I have now had two services with her. Dermaplaning and an oxygen facial. Both are so relaxing with amazing results. I had to call and make an EMERGENCY appointment because I, a 30 year old woman, lost a fight with a roller brush, and had to cut it out. I asked for someone with expertise on bangs because I've had them before and knew it was going to be one hell of a cover up job. Brisa KILLED it! She not only hid my "monica" bangs so that barely any styling covers the chunk missing, but she added in some layers, cut off the dead ends, and made me feel so gorgeous and comfortable! I will definitely be going back to Fashion Zone just for Brisa!!

I highly recommend Gisele Brandlin for haircut and color. Gisele has been coloring and cutting my hair for the past four years. When I started seeing her, my color and cut was a mess. She took her time and corrected. I just can’t say enough good things about her. Her work is always exceptional

Probably the chillest tattoo shop I’ve ever been to. I had a tattoo that I wanted to get covered up for a long time. No one wanted to mess with it. Finally I found Chris who was able to take on the challenge. Chris absolutely killed it and it’s turned out to be my favorite tattoo so far. Definitely skilled at what he does and at a reasonable price. Said it was the hardest cover up he’s over done and it came out killer. Definitely will recommend to all my Flagstaff peeps. Worth the drive. Chris, you the man !
Sam has done 90% of my tattoos and piercings! 10/10 recommend! He is very respectful and has AMAZING work!!!!! He did the most meaningful tattoo for me and I asked him to surprise me, when I went in for my tattoo and saw what he came up with I was in absolute awe! Sam has worked so hard on every tattoo I’ve have gotten and seen him do! He never fails especially with his detail!!!!

I needed a garbage disposal removed and Dave came out to our house in Prescott Valley. He was very nice and professional. He had 45 years of experience. He also was on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.
It's no accident that there are many reviews with 'five stars'. And it is a rarity in today's world that someone delivers on the promise of 'a job well done' but Lawhorn Plumbing did (and apparently does) for us. A complex job of hooking up a second propane tank under permit to a whole house generator that had been put off way too long was finally completed and for a very reasonable price. We learned of Lawhorn thru our HVAC company (Mountain Air) and are very happy. Job done cleanly and without issues or incident and all ready to fire up our emergency generator. Skip and Kassandra were very communicative, always kept us abreast of their job intent and rapid. Came on time, told us 'what was happening' and completed on their time table just as planned. Remarkable. They are keepers and you won't be disappointed. They do smaller jobs as well. We will have 'em back for a 'hot water' tank issue.

An old pipe attached to my water heater must have cracked during the night - as I was leaving for the day, I noticed a puddle of water on the sidewalk - not a usual thing. When I opened the outside closet where my water heater lives, I saw water seeping down from old water heater piping into my under-house crawl space. I immediately called Paragon (folks I trust and have used in the past) - not only did I get a plumber in a matter of hours, I got Johnny! As he inspected where the problem was, he noticed a small wisp of smoke coming from the crawl space; turns out, the dripping water landed on a LIVE electrical cord attached to some strange animal control device (that I didn't even know about), and it shorted out, melting wire insulation and parts of the device! Quick action on his part: he turned off the electrical main, disconnected the now-fried device - handed it to me to toss in the trash - and then went about his work fixing the original problem. He worked efficiently, and thoroughly. Now all is well (again). I'm so grateful that Johnny went above and beyond what was required of him as a plumber - if he hadn't caught that little puff of smoke and the smell of melting wire coating, who knows what might have happened to my home while I was gone for the day! Thanks, Johnny - you're a good one.
I called Duane on a Saturday afternoon with a pretty urgent issue with a leaking pipe inside my wall. I'm pretty handy but this pex to copper connection was something I just had no experience with. He said he'd be there within an hour, and he was. It only took him a few minutes to put in a new connection, and he let me pepper him with questions about how to replace that particular kind of connection. He also gave me advice about how to take care of the mold that had grown due to the moisture in the wall. He did a good job, he was super efficient and is a pretty good guy as well.

The Green Team of Katalin and Susan always do an exceptional job of cleaning and are very nice to have around. My home is not easy to clean with two indoor cats but they do a great job.
I want to tell you how pleased I am with this company. From demo to install they have been outstanding. Turk and Mike came out and went over the job with me once our tile had arrived. I was having existing backsplash removed and replaced in the kitchen and backsplash added to the laundry room. They put up barriers in the kitchen to keep the demo mess at a minimum. The whole process was smooth, until my husband made a change in the laundry room. Additional tile had to be ordered, but our fault with the change. Chris actually did the tile work, and he is meticulous and well skilled. A few weeks later Chris was back and finished the laundry room. Mike stopped by in the evening to make sure we were happy with the job, and we are!! I was able to leave my two Chihuahuas at home during the whole install. And they are normally skittish to new people, but they loved Mike and Chris. If my dogs like you, I know you treated them well, and I like you. But most of all I am so happy with the work they did. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you to Turk, Mike, Chris and the lady in the office, sorry can't remember her name, but she was fantastic in her communication.

Wow. D R Building was a dream to work with. They built a guest house on my property, and they really took good care of me. Their whole team was awesome, Morgan was my contact and she really helped me stay in my budget and was able to plan and coordinate the build to make things go quickly and without a hiccup. Chris Crosby has been extremely easy to work with and the quality of his work and that of his crew is outstanding. He and his crew secured a slight wobble to a high deck railing, and after that job, it was easy to go back to him for another project involving adding cabinetry to our bathroom. Chris and Ben (his cabinet guy) figured out exactly what we wanted and made it happen. Chris is easy to communicate with and is very courteous and trustworthy. Chris is probably the easiest contractor I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend reaching out to him if you have any home improvement needs.

I saw a young man service my neighbors property today as I was dog sitting. Brendon is his name. He was helpful as one of the dogs got out of the gate and he helped me get the dog back into the yard. I would have accepted the service he offered but I am unsure if the homeowners have service with any company.
They use amazing products they work they first time they spray it but it’s worth getting the total package treatment done. Highly recommend Shooters there employees are great to deal with.

I’m leaving this review because of a minor incident that Brian and Shannon handled so professionally.
One of their employees had a stray rock hit the windshield on one of my vehicles (purely a freak accident).
The young member of the crew immediately gave us Brian‘s number. Brian immediately responded with permission and support to have the windshield replaced.
What we DID NOT expect is for the cost of the windshield to triple over the original quote I had received.
Amazingly, Brian and Shannon never balked or complained about the increase! They continually assured us they would make things right and looked to make sure that there was constant communication throughout the entire process.
They always responded to my text or phone calls very promptly.
I’m always thankful for good local businesses that are operated by professionals like Brian and Shannon.

In my Daycare Facility, We had a huge playground renovation that needed to be done and time was running out. His crew had took out tons and tons of sand and laid down Turf from one end to the other end. They installed some pergolas, a bike path track, a few different stations for the kids to play on. Extended a fence and installed a water stations for the kids. I am absolutely in love with how it all came together. Very competitive prices and worth every penny. I highly recommend Tierra Bonita.

It is a very rare thing to find a dentist who cares about her patients the way Dr. Bowie does. She always greets you with a smile as does her staff. You can tell that her patients are important to her. I've been to far too many dentists and doctors who just move you through and get on to the next patient. I just had an appointment with Dr. Zach Larson for a dental crown. He was very attentive and finished the procedure without pain. I highly recommend him.
Last Saturday I broke my front Veneer tooth and was in a panic. Being a Saturday it seemed no local dentist where open in the area so I left numerous messaged. When Monday morning came around only Leah from 89A Dental Care was the only one out of the 6 dentist that I called and left messages with. So that made my decision a simple one. Leah squeezed me in on Monday to have Dr. Flake do a quick evaluation of my chipped front tooth. The entire staff was so professional, helpful, friendly and truly considerate of my time and my personal issue with my front tooth being broken. They where able to get me a appointment the next day (Tuesday) to fix my broken tooth. By Tuesday mid day my tooth had been replaced. I am so grateful to Dr. Flake and the entire team at 89A Dental Care. The process was professional prompt and turned out perfect. Dr Sam is a man who listens to the patient. He is willing to research your symptoms and offer treatment options. He wants to treat you till you don't need it and then tell you so. Best Chiropractor ever.
I have been going to Dr. Kai for about 10 years. He is the best Chiropractor I've seen. His techniques work!! I started the stemwave treatment almost a year ago with Jessica. They are both concerned about your needs. Very friendly front desk. I would recommend either of them!

The 2 vets are nice and respectful with tons of information! The facility is clean and nice, does not smell of urine or bleach, which is great,(Im allergic to bleach) The staff is always nice and friendly, they genuinely love to see their patients! Everyone is so friendly, professional, and compassionate. The prices are much less than anywhere else, and they really care about animals and helping care for our fur babies. We are so thankful we found High Country Pet Clinic when we moved here 10 months ago.

Was able to get my 18 1/2 cat, Simon, in today for a Quality of Life examination. Dr. Rogers, Melanie and Holly were all so quick, efficient and caring. Dr Rogers gave us a couple of suggestions, which we decided to try one of them for Simon. I like that PVPC has a separate dog and cat entrance and the environment is warm and inviting. I won't take my cats anywhere else, they are the best! The whole staff is wonderful!

I can’t express how great Bradshaw mountain has been to me and my baby. He has had a large growth on his leg removed and dental work twice. They are very kind and caring. I will never take my baby anywhere else so blessed to have found a vet like this.
Tessa was so patient with my nervous dog even after he snapped at her. I ended up putting a muzzle on him and she continued trimming his nails. I will definitely use her services again and highly recommend her to anyone who needs their dog groomed.

Scott is a wonderful physical therapist, and I have returned to him several times over the years for various injuries. He is very patient and understanding and provides excellent care. The staff is super friendly, and you can tell he enjoys his work. He also has a great bedside manner, which I feel is still a rarity among medical professionals. I highly recommend him if you need PT.
