I have always felt well informed as she consistently offers me the best possible way forward based on her in depth research and willingness to seek out additional information when needed . She actually listens to her patients , which is rare in todays fast paced medical climate. She’s easy to communicate with and her follow-up is always timely. If you are looking for a new ND, I’d highly recommend her. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised.

I first talked to Michael at Generation Flooring after talking to 3 or 4 other companies. He was the only one that got back to me promptly, was interested in the job, and didn't have any requirements of me, like I would have to grind off the pre- existing epoxy myself before they would put on the new epoxy. One company told me this, another I called 3 times and they never showed. Mikes son did the work for us. Prompt , dedicated and very meticulous . Amazing. The job was completed in 3 days as promised. It's absolutely incredible and perfect. I can't brag enough for all they did! Highly recommend!

After meeting with two other A/C companies we realized just how uninformed (the first being downright dishonest) the other two companies were. Both said we need new units! But Brenda and her hubby at Prescott A/C said we DID NOT need a new $20,000.00 A/C unit! They said they had a "sealing" compound/liquid that could seal the tiny leak we had in our only 6 year old central A/C unit/condenser. The first rep who ultimately replaced refrigerant was having problems figuring everything out so he had to call another dude who just schmoozed my Disabled Vet husband and still couldn't find the leak. 4hours and $850 later we had some refrigerant and not a solution to our problem! They did not even know what size our unit was, nor did the 2nd one either even after the first one did work on it! But Brenda did! She did NOT try to sell us a new A/C! Neither company either did not know or didn't want to tell us this sealant was an option, was possible or even available! How could that be? Neither of the first two reps even looked at the condenser in the attic because THEY DID NOT USE OR SELL LITTON products! They just wanted to replace our unit! The first guy wanted to sell us a 5 ton unit at $23,000! We only needed a 3 ton! The second guy really did a great inspection but still could not do anything to replace the condenser because they don't work with LITTON! His 3 ton was $18000+! As a result of this experience we would never go to anyone by Prescott A/C! They called to let us know they were on the way, were courteous and HONEST and didn't rip us off with an exorbitant bill. The first company says they are Veteran run and help "The Vet", well so much for Veteran friendly! It's a COME ON and they should be ashamed of themselves. The guy who was trying to schmooze my husband into another new $23K unit didn't fool me at all. What a sad thing to try to take advantage of my husband! Shame on them. PS they also have VERY bad reviews here on Yelp. .
After Scott's review, I was definitely concerned about the viability of Inspired Closets. But, Janae and Jeff from Inspired Closets really put me at ease by taking the time to provide a tour of the manufacturing center here in Prescott. I was very impressed, not only with the center (it's efficiency, cleanliness and 160+ employees), but also with their willingness to take the time to show me the process. I confirmed my order, and look forward to the installation.
I had my first visit at Kulture Hair Salon today! The owner, Lindsay, was super accommodating and sent out a link prior to my visit to upload photos of myself and hair inspo pics. I really appreciate this detail because I’ve had unfortunate results from my last 3 services from other salons.
I received a keratin treatment and haircut from Kim. I could not be more pleased with the results. I walked in looking like a hot mess, and Kim created the perfect plan to get my hair back to looking great again! I have such a hard time trying to find a decent stylist who can work with ethnic hair, and Kim exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to a lot of salons in Prescott, but this one is by far the best! You can tell that she really cares about her craft. I got a balayage, but it was more than just an appointment, it was an experience. Her salon is very aesthetic with beautiful lighting. She had a separate room for hair shampooing, with essential oils and music. It felt like a spa. The best part of all was the balayage and cut! Not only did she fix a bad haircut, but she made my hair absolutely beautiful for my wedding that’s coming up and brought it back to life. Thank you so much, Andie!

I’ve been going to Kate for a few years now and I am very happy with her work! She’s the sweetest person and I enjoy my time with her when I’m there. I get blonde baby lights/highlights and a haircut each time, and for quite a while I had tape in extensions. Kate is very knowledgeable about all that she does and stays up to date on all the latest techniques. One thing I noticed when I first went to her, and appreciate still, is that she is very detailed and really listens to what you want. She got to know my hair type and the type of highlights I like very quickly and it’s been smooth sailing ever since.

Dawn is AMAZING! She did such a beautiful job on my extentions, it took us 5hrs for 24' hair and she went above and beyond! I went to see Kate two days ago as I was in Prescott on vacation and felt I really needed a haircut. I’m from Canada (Nova Scotia) and unfamiliar with what options I had while visiting this beautiful State. Kate’s business had great reviews and the price was right so I decided to give it a try. I was so happy I did - my wife said it was the best haircut I’ve ever had in the thirty years we’ve been together. Kate was personable, knowledgeable and efficient! I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and especially her back neck massager when she was done. If you need a haircut - check out this pleasant and talented woman - you won’t be disappointed. I just wish I could get my haircut from her every month!!!

Britney saved prom! My son received a bad haircut, so we walked in to John Hancock to see if anyone could help us before prom in two days. Britney stayed past her scheduled time to fix his hair and truly saved us! She made sure to talk him through everything she was doing and gave him the cut he asked for while also using her expertise to make it work for his hair. We will be sure to use Britney from now on!

My first visit was great! I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a pedicure. There was no wait and the service was so nice and relaxing. The salon was clean and inviting. Massage chair was comfy and the tech that did the appointment was polite and sweet. I'll be back!

While visiting Prescott I stopped in to VT Nails for a French gel mani pedi. They did an incredible job and were very nice! The salon is full of beautiful orchids and they even have a little container garden out front. Will for sure return as we are in prescott often.

I had decided to get permanent eye makeup after working my entire life and putting eyeliner and makeup on every day, I was tired of that routine. I am 71 years old and retired, and it's so nice to get up in the morning and just put some lipstick on and run out the door! Thank you Penny for making me look beautiful every day and I don't have to do a thing!! So if you are thinking you are too old to do this, you are never too old to try something new!!

I've now had two great experiences at Winn Nails studio, with my first gel manicure lasting an impressive 2 and a half weeks! Weather, my technician, was friendly and did a fantastic job. I also like the ability to book online through their website.
I'd seen reviews mentioning staff rudeness, but I think there's a language barrier to consider. The staff's directness (brief instructions, etc.) may be misinterpreted, but I found them efficient and courteous.

?This salon is a diamond in the dells! The laser treatment for fungus was successful for me and, surprisingly, my husband. There was privacy and my husband was made to feel welcome for the very short period of time required to do the laser treatment.
My foot doctor recommended I see Christine, by name, for my ingrown toenails (very painful?) She has the knowledge and technique required to manage this problem and has done so wonderfully for me. I so highly recommend this salon that I'm trying some of the many other services they have to offer?
Issiwa is amazing. She is a true artist, whether it’s putting tattoos on my body or fixing a few mistakes (made by others) on my eyebrows. She is my third eyebrow person (I am picky) and from here on out, I will only go to Issiwa! The vibe of the salon is peaceful, private, cozy, and fun! If you are looking for tiny tattoos, permanent eyebrows and lips, look no further! I cannot recommend her and her peaceful little place enough!!

What can I say about LaLa Lashes and Jarnli? She came to my rescue 2 years ago as I need a fill before heading to Scotland. She was able to fill another artists set and they looked fabulous and lasted beyond my vacation. Beautiful lashes and a beautiful woman inside and out! I have been a client ever since. I got my septum pierced here around December and it turned out perfect! Healed great, no infections and piercer recommend a cleaning product that worked amazing. Can’t wait to get my next piercing today!

This place is amazing. We are in town for a softball tournament and were in need for retainers, as finding out last minute that jewelry wasn’t aloud to be worn while playing. The manager was quick to assist us by getting us connected with their piercer. Everyone was so friendly, professional and definitely made our stress go away as they got us exactly what we needed! This place is clean and very cute atmosphere!!!

Albert and his wife are two of the most friendly people I have met here in Prescott. Albert not only knows everything about plumbing, he is the most ethical and moral business man I have met in a long time. I went through two "home warranty plan" vendors that did nothing towards fixing my problem...then I found Albert...who now will be my plumber from now on. He understood the urgency of the problem, arrived exactly when he said he would, fixed the issues quickly, efficiently, and for a very fair price. Where one of the other vendors just quickly checked out the issue and without hesitation, stated "you need a new pump", Albert took his time, diagnosed the issue, and found that I indeed "did not" need a new pump, but just a thorough cleaning of the system. He's got a new customer!
Franklin Plumbing scheduled a plumber immediately while I was on the phone and Dominic was here within 30 minutes. He analyzed the problem with the water heater and ordered, delivered and installed a new one the next morning. Communication was excellent with Franklin Plumbing and with Dominic. Dominic was so personable and a pleasure to work with. Can’t think of anything that could be improved upon.

We had a last minute need for a plumber and we called Jeff. He was quick to respond, came over with in an hour, he was very knowledgeable and honest. He quickly took care of our issue, and we would not hesitate to recommend him.
Was able to get a same day appointment to address a repair I was not able to fix myself. Ty was efficient and thorough in making sure everything was repaired right and would last going forward.
He gave me a fair quote upfront, but understandably he was busy and couldn't get there the day i called with an emergency.I went with another Prescott Company called Smart Plumbing. They got there the day of and met my deadline, but the price they gave me was outrageous! and by then, late in the week my hands were tied. I had to get a licensed plumber to give me an inspection to get a permit to turn the gas back on for my renters before the weekend. So i bit the bullet and hired Smart Plumbing for WAY too much. Wish id had the time to wait for an honest service man like this. Ill be planning ahead next time and saving my hard earned $.
I just had my smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors replaced with the new 10 year guaranteed units. I no longer have to worry about changing batteries every year. Gabe, Wes and Tomas were very professional, polite and a joy to deal with.

Our 1920’s Craftsman home is almost 100 years old, so upgrading the electrical system was no small task. The Borgen Electric team handled all the permits, did the electrical installation work, and arranged the Arizona Public Service inspections required to upgrade from a 100 to a 200 amp panel. Then, they tackled the inside wiring that allowed them to install beautiful living room lighting! Michael Town and his crew ran into several challenges associated with hundred-year old wiring during the project, but they overcame them all, without complaint. The final bill was in line with the original estimate and the cost was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. We love our new living room lights and plan to have them return for more renovation in the future!
I will always phone Ponderosa Electric for help with electrical problems. They are friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. They replaced some very old high outdoor motion detectors. They were quick to respond and knew exactly how to solve my problem of one always being lit. Even our dog liked them. I first talked to Michael at Generation Flooring after talking to 3 or 4 other companies. He was the only one that got back to me promptly, was interested in the job, and didn't have any requirements of me, like I would have to grind off the pre- existing epoxy myself before they would put on the new epoxy. One company told me this, another I called 3 times and they never showed. Mikes son did the work for us. Prompt , dedicated and very meticulous . Amazing. The job was completed in 3 days as promised. It's absolutely incredible and perfect. I can't brag enough for all they did! Highly recommend!
Just had LVP flooring installed by Creekside Hardwood Flooring. I initially met Paul at his business. Paul is super nice and easy-going and very knowledgeable with plenty of experience. I can tell. Once we chose the flooring, his crew came in and installed it. His employees were professional, conscientious, polite, and very Friendly. They also cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. Corey, who is the main installer and his crew did a great job. If anybody needs flooring of any type, I would highly recommend Creekside Hardwood Flooring.
I have hard wood flooring about 20+ yrs. old. A couple of years ago I inquired with someone about refinishing the wood floors and I was told by that person not possible and should think about changing the flooring. Well, during the Home & Garaden Show at our Event Center in PV I happened to park next to a vehicle advertising Delta Plus Floors/New floors and refinishing. I called Delta Plus and spoke with Charlie, Owner, he came to my house looked over my hard wood floors, and to my surprise, Charlie told me that my hard wood floors could be refinished. Wow, it took about a week, but WOW do the floors look Amazingly Beautiful.
I am so glad that I parked in just the right spot. Delta Plus Floors was very reasonable and Charlie is a great guy. So, if you have wood floors and have been thinking about replacing, do not until you check with Charlie at Delta Plus Floors.

We purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring from Reva’s and hired one of their installers to replace the flooring in our master bedroom and hallway. The product was delivered on time for our scheduled start date, and the installed arrived as promised. Steve removed the old carpeting and baseboard, and then prepped the subfloor before installing the new LVT. The flooring, baseboard and all of the transitions were very well done, and the final product looks great!

I have been going to Prescott Smile Care since 2019-2020. It is a very good dental office. Staff is always friendly. The hygienists are very capable and thorough. The hygienist I see regularly, Diana, is excellent. She does her job well. Dr. Tori Bowman provided me with a 3 tooth permanent bridge about a year or so ago, and Iove it. It fits very snugly and I am able to chew evenly on both sides of my mouth. Keep up the good work, Prescott Smile Care.

I have been going to Dr Nick for 8 months now. I came in with alot of injuries from vehicle accidents and my profession. With his help and knowledge my constant aches and pains went from a daily event to not even being a thought.
A little over 6 weeks ago I visited Preferred Chiropractic for an evaluation because of pain in both knees and lower back that limited most of my day to day activies . Chris Wolfman, how can you give 1 star to a doctor who's so good that he is too booked to see you. This man is so gifted and is so booked that we (my wife and I) book our appointments a month in advance. If you had an injury, perhaps you needed to go to an ER or a different chiropractor who's not so gifted and not as busy as Dr. Salberg. But you really shouldn't be downgrading a doctor just because he was too booked to see you. Dr. "O," as we call him, has been treating us for nearly 10 years. We think the world of him. He helps both of us every time we see him.

The office is very busy, but the staff is fast and efficient. I’ve had a foot problem for nine months that has progressively got worse and have seen multiple doctors. I was finally able to get some answers here. Rachel extremely friendly although she was in training did very well April was awesome with the injections for my biopsy. Cacie was extremely knowledgeable and finally give me an answer as to what has been going on with my feet. Cacie was very gentle when she did the biopsy.Thank you three ladies for making the visit as comfortable as possible.

As a retired Vet Tech, I had a few experiences with Vets in Preskitt, prior to finding Dr. Baxter. I stood back and watched.. she is really there to help your animal not for the money of groups that buy off Animal hospitals. She came to our home to Put our corgi down. She was wonderful. She has treated our rescue Lhasa. Yes, she is busy. Yes she doesn’t have enough hours. She needs to take time for her own family. I feel So blessed to have found her. I could go on, but you get my point.
This September, when our beloved 15 year old brindled rescue Sophie needed caring hands to help with her passing, and ease her suffering, these folks were there for us. I cannot convey enough what amazing care they provided, and with such big hearts, soft word, and gentle kindness. Can’t say enough great things about this hot yoga studio, has a variety of classes to meet everyone where they are and encourages everyone to find their flow and listen to themselves too. Extremely welcoming and clean studio, all the instructors here are leaders with their own personal teachings added to each class which is appreciate after 15 years of practicing yoga. Christena leads a class called flow and glow 2.0 that I really felt helped me grow in my own yoga journey and love when it aligns for me to make it to the session she hosts. Their mixed signature class at 75 mins is a wonderful one as well, the 45 min HIIT class is one of those to try as well when you’re short on time but need a sweat! The Reiki aura cleansing session with Aiyara was amazing! She’s intuitive and fluent with Reiki symbols. She did the cleansing through all the energy centers from head to toe for me and later for my son. At one point I felt my heart center opening and tears of gratitude welled up in my eyes. I felt cleansed, energized and uplifted after the session. She’s a beautiful spirit and gifted with bringing in healing and positive energy for you. I recommend her sessions to anyone who needs a reboot of body, mind, and soul!

Massage was good. However, administrative phone calls were being made during the latter part of the massage. Every word of conversation was heard, unwanted ly. I did mention to the masseur that the person was talking too loud. He snickered..no resolution.It put a big damper on the experience.Massage is an expensive luxury for this writer.
Also..a VM was left to try to arrange same time appt for my husband and I. Call was never returned. So..we had appts at different times.
We will look elsewhere for a more accommodating, quiet experience.

Pure Harmony Massage is the only place I go to in Prescott for body work. They are very polite, professional, and great masseuses. Whether you want a soft relaxing massage or need more of a deep tissue massage (like me), the private rooms (or couples room) are clean and relaxing. As a full time mechanic, I got tired of the muscle cramps and nerve pain at the end of my work week from using my body on repairs. I tried chiropractic medicine, hot yoga (still do it), and daily stretching but the cramps and pains never went away. After a deep tissue massage at Pure Harmony, I am sore that night but on my way to recovery, and by the next day I feel 100% and ready for another week turning wrenches. There is a language barrier with the staff but nothing that Google Voice cannot overcome. I usually text them to make my appointment, they will confirm the time, and I show up 5-10 minutes before my appointment. They are prompt to get me into a room and always keep good time for the massage. If you ask for a 90 minute massage you will get all 90 minutes; including hot stones! Some other reviewer mentioned a "sofa" and "how I'd imagine a heroin den in a bad part of a central city"... that reviewer is an idiot! Pure Harmony in Prescott does NOT have a sofa to sit on and is clean & welcoming. I question that reviewer's motive or past experiences at heroin dens. The rooms have a small basket INSIDE THE ROOM for your belongs to stay with you during the massage; not a "chair outside the door" to rest your purse on. I do believe that reviews are helpful when you are trying out a new business but keep in mind that some of these "reviews" are from people who have no idea of what they are talking about or need to vent about something lacking in their life so that they feel better about their experience the next day. My advice is to anyone who has muscle cramps and/or nerve pain and believes message therapy would be beneficial to alleviate these conditions, give the folks at Pure Harmony Massage a try and see for yourself! :0)

Our daughter received instruction from Jim at A1 Driving. With being a very nervous driver, and with Jim's calm demeanor and gentle instruction, our daughter was able to gain confidence in driving. Lesson's were before her school time and she was able to get to class on time.
The couple who runs this school is great. Traffic Survival School isn't fun to say the least, but they explained everything very well and were very accommodating.
