Had an appt for 3 pm,and had to wait nearly 35 min,for 2 other ppl to have eyebrows done,since there was only 1 stylist there,only reason they didnt get 5,and only 4. My cut was nice,stylist Lori was great,fun person. Styled my hair very nicely! Price was beyond reasonable!

Have gone to Pure Platinum for many years. Have very thick, coarse hair & Michelle magically cuts & styles so it lays nicely & looks great. She is also very talented in application of color & highlights. Michelle is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

New to town and came upon numerous recommendations for this salon. Called and left a message for an appointment and was contacted back same day to schedule. I was able to get an appointment within a few days with Michelle. I have bleached hair with almost 2 inches of dark roots mixed with white hair. The salon has 3 chairs, very open and decorated very cute. Michelle was very friendly and listened to what I wanted and I even brought a picture. She was talkative throughout the process and it made the appointment go fast, I appreciated that. My hair turned out amazing and I was very happy with the results! Her prices are very reasonable for her quality of work and I can see why this salon is so highly recommended.
