WIC Mountain Park Health Center Christown Clinic

Called to make a wic appointment for benefits, Tierra (not sure if that’s how u spell her name)awnsers the phone pretty rude.. She told me to call Monday morning at 8am to schedule an appointment, couldn’t explain why she couldn’t make me one now. Had an attitude because she had to make the appointment for me. Has no mannerism on speaking she put me on hold then took me off 5min late said your appointment is at 9. Clearly don’t like her job or has any customer service!.

Love this clinic , fast service and the ladies always so helpful

Got my First COVID vaccine and the staff/ Medical assistants are super friendly, attentive and helpful.
