Amazing customer service! Carlos was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Came out same day and had the job done in a little over an hour. They also are very affordable and provide a six year warranty. Highly recommend!

Another great experience with Don S - years after he installed my past worn out water heater.. Like before, he explained what needed to be done, how much it would cost and how long it would take. and then excuted that plan upon my sighne approval. No waiting for a water heater to be delivered - he had it and supplies in his van. I'm happily showerin warm water again. It was fun to see Don again and reassuring to have his knowledge and excellent service solving my problem !! hurrah don! David O
