Wonderful experience with my father. Dr Lad provided excellent advice on simple measures to improve his reading as well as Rx for reading glasses. He also purchased a lighted magnifying glass which he used to read the mail as soon as we got home and remarked, "Oh this is wonderful!" She shared with him and us what he actually can see to make better decisions regarding safety in the home and driving. Thank you Dr Lad!

Bought a reading aid for my father in law one year ago.It stopped working 2 ½ weeks ago. Has been sitting at the shop OR at repair shop And we cannot get a date of when it will be back. Call the shop to get a recording that takes me to another recording.He LIVES for reading and is feeling pretty isolated without it.Update:Thanks for your response. That was a coupleof yearsago ..... Sadly he has now passed away.The good news is right after I posted my review we went by the store and got things sorted out with a new unit and he used it up until shortly before his death.

This was my first appt and I will admit to being anxious. I had the best experience from the front desk to the back office and my doctor. They were very patient, kind and understanding. They gave me time for questions and told me to call back anytime with any more questions. It was so nice to have options and suggestions. I will be going back.
