The Best VASA in the valley I got my membership at another location that I don't really like but I have a studio membership so I can use at all locations this one is clean spatious and when busy can get on all my machines

I would have joined this gym if not for the lack of dumbbells in 2.5lb increments. They go up in 5lb increments. A gym has 2.5lb weight plates, would it not make sense to have the same for dumbells? I am a bodybuilder with 15 years experience in lifting. Progressive overload is one of the most basic principles in the gym for anyone trying to grow muscle. Being forced to raise weights on dumbell exercises 5-10 lbs instead of 2.5-5lbs each time they want to go heavier is much less ideal. Really don’t understand the oversight. It’s not like the proper set of dumbells would have been any more of an expense. I really like this gym and the vibe but that is a dealbreaker...read full review

I have been coming to this gym for a couple months & purchased KidCare for my 1 year old daughter. Sara & Gio are her favorite and they calm her down when she is upset after drop off. They are really accommodating in putting on her favorite shows to make her comfortable and are really good at playing with her. The area itself is really large and clean and has a lot of different sections for kids of different ages as well as a theater area for the kiddos. It feels really safe (specially with their new locked door policy) and I have comfort when I leave her there that she will be safe and okay.
