The facilities here are beautiful and relaxing. I took the time to walk around their little garden in back before my massage with Rick Story. Rick is an excellent therapist with intuitive, healing hands. He took care of my low back and neck issues. Went in hurting, and came out feeling great!I also came for a sound healing yoga nidra workshop with Simia Henry and Noemie Luce in the spring, and both of those practitioners had such calm and healing energy. I'd recommend Urban Wellness to anyone I know for real relief from this hectic world we live in!It can be a little hard to find if you're not familiar with the area.
