This is my second encounter with UDPC. Jordan was punctual, professional and thorough. He communicated his plan, addressing all of my needs and ensuring confidence in their services. I have had ZERO pests since my initial treatment and am happy with the ongoing communication and experience. Customer service is top notch and their follow through immaculate. I have used other services (G. MAN-Go) who did not honor their contract; leaving scheduling and follow up solely to the customer. I am thrilled with my new service and have experienced no problems so far!
An honest small company. The owner was here today to do a termite inspection ...next week I am having my mosquito bucket refilled (it worked all summer), and the rodent bait boxes serviced(fruit trees). Two techs really stand out...Jordan and James.
Nathan listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions prior to service. He even answered a few from my landscaper. Professional and efficient, you can't ask for more.
