To be honest I would give him 6 stars out of 5 if I had the option. The technician Ruslan is one of the nicest service provider out there in Arizona. Being a management company we often come across contractors who takes money and goes MIA. But there were times we paid him upfront and the work was completed in a timely manner. Sometimes we gave him a work and within 1 hour the work was completed. Its a blessing to have technician like him helping us out. Anybody around here should not hesitate to contact Ruslan for any issues regarding HVAC and appliances.

Ruslan was a nice and very efficient man.
He was so smart about Appliance brands and the different problems they had. He was also very good at explaining what the problem was with my refrigerator and what he would do.
