Had to call for my refrigerator on a Sunday for repair, I googled Appliance repair and there were only a few that worked on a Sunday. Total Air was one of the few that did service calls on the weekends so I called and spoke with Denis he was very nice, asked what the issues were and had a wanted to help attitude. He came out in the later part of the day when he told me he would be there and also text me to tell me when he was on his way. He was very cordial and got right to the issue with my fridge. He explained in detail what was going on with it and what to expect. He was able to solve the issue and said he would come back later if we were still having problems with it. I will definitely use this company again. I had another service company come out 2 weeks prior but was NOT happy with their presense much less their quick to get the job done attitude nor their price for the repair. So I was very happy to have the issue resolved with Total Air and Appliances.
Total air and appliances was there to help with my problem I experienced in no time. They were fast and reliable and in and out in no time; with all my problems fixed correctly with professional results. All of the fixed issues we're fixed with professional quality results, and the best part of all they had the most cheapest prices for the task done. Thanks to Total Air and Appliances the problems I experienced were correctly fixed at a low cost.
Dennis was able to fit us in on the same day as our call when nearly everyone else was projecting a 1- or 3-day wait to have our fridge repaired. He was great about following up with updates to his ETA and arrived right in the middle of the agreed upon 2-hour time window for the appointment. Dennis quickly diagnosed the problem (damaged compressor relay switch) and replaced the affected part in almost no time at all. Great combination of competence and focus on customer service.
