The Tocaloma Spa had the most caring staff. All staff members catered to the individual client. Even last-minute reservations were met with a smile and many phone calls if running late.

I have mixed feelings about this place.The good: massages with Delilah and Crystal. These ladies were awesome. Each listened to our individual areas of concern and tailored our massages accordingly. The massage room was lovely, comfortable, and well kept.The average: the grounds. This place has been around a long time, and its age is showing here and there. Nothing terrible; nothing exceptional.The bad: Pedicures with Sandy. Oh boy! I have never heard the term "feet shamed" before but that's exactly how it felt. The spa is small and intimate!! The girls at the front were very helpful and friendly! My massage therapist Robert was 5stars amazing!! He’s the best !! The extra nice thing about this spa is you can use the hotel amenities which includes 7 pools and some hot tubs!! Best deal in town!!
