Shanta was very friendly and informative. She listened to my request. She cut my hair with care rather than rushing through it. I could not be happier with the results. You will not be disappointed.

Initially, I had a bad experience. I had called to ask if they accept walk-ins and I was told to come in at 3pm, which I did. When I got to the front desk, a women named Crystal was there and she was very rude! She immediately told me it was on an appointment basis and proceeded to be rude when I tried to explain that I called. There was another young lady at the front desk and she was so helpful. Despite being told to go in at 3pm, I was not seen. I had to make an appointment for the following weekend, which is fine. That's why I had called in the first place.
