Had a great time in the mma class tonight , not only does the staff make u feel welcome but the students do as well. I havent been pushed that hard in many years if ever , shoot im quitting cigarettes now so i can survive for more then 3 rounds of sparring.
Visiting Phoenix from Canada, my son wanted to attend the Lab. Great atmosphere and instructors. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The clientele are friendly as well. A fabulous mix of Intensity and feel good energy is palpable when you walk through the door. It feels like a big family at the gym. Shout out to Randy! Thank you, we shall return!
Best MMA training facility out there! Tons of classes and times available to work with our schedule. My husband does the adult classes while my girls do kickboxing, wrestling, or jujitsu. The staff is absolutely great and the instructors are all incredibly patient, upbeat, and kind. My kids love being here!
