This was my first time working with Todd and he really did a great job! Whether it was providing loan updates, or staying on top of problems as they arose, he remained active and engaged through the entire process. I would definitely use his services again.
I had a mortgage with Chase that was at a fixed rate for 10 years, but that was going to start floating for the remaining 20 years of the loan. Naturally, I contacted Chase, where I have been a Private Client for years and where I do all of my personal and business banking. They offered me a "Preferred Rate" to refinance into a new 30 year fixed rate loan. I decided to get a second offer, just to be prudent but I really expected that Chase would be a better choice than anybody else - just based on my history with them.
