Trash, if you love to eat of a trash can you will absolutely love this place. I question if this bank is legit and if the credit companies should investigate them from fraudulent activity. I have yet to be given a reason why my application was denied and yet give me no justification why and send generic letters. Like I said trash company

I am closing all my credit cards held by Synchrony Bank due to the greedy, monopolistic fee for sending me a paper statement. Sending someone a bill is part of doing business and should not be an added FEE. Also their greedy, over-reaching APR of 35%. There should be a law to prevent this greedy, corporate over-reach. I am not affected by the APR because I don't carry a balance, but this is an unconscionable burden on the average consumer.

Went through the entire application for credit process, only to be told at the end I was declined, but no reason why. I called Customer Service & one rep. said "It looks like your app didn't go through". They proceeded to give me another # to call. So I did. That rep. basically hung up on me when I asked why.The company said that I would receive a letter (snail mail through the USPS) in 7-10 days explaining why. What a joke.
