Giving a three star because of our experience with Nick and Lucas. Not because of the company as a whole. Had it not been for these two gentleman they would have received a one star. If you want to be the one that does the job they're supposed to do then by all means choose them. If you expect timely service and communication of what's going on with the purchase you made. Then go with someone else.

I’ve had a great experience with Sun Up America. They have reached out during every step of this process and it has all flowed so smoothly. Andrew had a great presentation about the benefits of solar and Lucas was so helpful in the final setup and turning the system on, and he answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them if you are looking into solar!

Time from agreement to time of equipment install was lengthy, install of equipment was ok, other than I had to give direction with concern of where to install equipment (elec panel), after install of equipment very lengthy time to close out, so much in that it went past my payment schedule, had to pay 2 payments before system was energized.
