Julie was fantastic. We needed an international health certificate and Julie held our hand through the whole process. She was a literal superstar. She not only did all the research for the certificate, she came in on her day off to make sure that the tight deadlines were made. Thank you so much.

We love Sugarloaf! Our cat is a terrible patient and has presented untold challenges. The staff is patient and kind. Dr. Rai has gone above and beyond to ensure that the cat is safe, healthy, and well-treated, despite numerous obstacles. We have referred others to the clinic and they all agree that it's a wonderful place!

I’ve Been to Dr Rai’s office many of times. Dr Rai and her staff always treats me and my furry children with kindness and respect. My 4 legged child is a bit over protected and Dr Rai and her staff ALWAYS finds a way to make him comfortable. Thank you for always treating him with love and kindness (even though his not so kind to you ?). I highly recommend Sugarloaf Animal Clinic if you want to most In depth care and compassion for your furry four legged ones. Thank you guys for all you do.
