We've used them a few times and they're always great. The most recent time, we called them because a walk in fridge was leaking and they were there within 30 minutes. The absolute best customer service.

I am so glad I called them! I have an 8-month-old baby boy and it was horrible when the AC stopped working. Oscar and Juan came in and fixed my AC in less than an hour. They knew I was desperate and still charged me like a normal service and without "hidden fees" or "extras" like others do. They did a job with the quality of a big company but at a very reasonable price. I am so grateful to them that they were able to come in and just make it work. We live in N. Phoenix and I got bids from three highly rated AC companies (all within $300 of each other) to replace my AC/Heating system. I decided to get one last bid since this was a big ticket item for us - so I called SPD. Juan, (who I later learned has a thing about being on time) was at my door the next morning, did a thorough inspection and gave me a quote I could not say "No" to. My new Trane AC was installed a few days later. A day afrter instrallation there was a little vibration in the system, one call and they immediately were out to tweek the system to perfection.
