I Cannot fully explain how terrible my year and a half were at this location, and I'm worse off than when I started. If you have to go, for the love of God avoid Sotoyia Fairley at all costs. She is not just a terrible "care provider", but also a vindictive and evil person. And I say evil because anyone who lets another human being suffer for months on end without listening and trying to offer a solution is truly evil. I even tried to move to a different care provider due to her negligence, and they scheduled me with her again without my knowledge or consent. The nasty older woman answering phones is so rude. I've left several messages over the course of 2 weeks for their director, Steven Sheets, and he has yet to return my calls.This place is useless! They're only interested in collecting a paycheck.

Very professional organization who care for their clients! I'm truly impressed by their dedication to supporting individuals with mental illnesses. Their compassionate team goes above and beyond to provide valuable resources and a sense of community, creating a safe space for those in need.
