This is the second home we had Shuttercrafters install shutters. Both times they did a good job. The company is not called shuttercrafters anymore because Scott went on to a different business. Our home was finished by another company that Scott gave the business to and it was done well.

I'm convinced not all the previous reviews are accurate. I used shutter crafters this past month and received great service. Product arrived on time and they took extra care to protect product and care for my needs. Maybe ownership or management has changed, I don't know? But I am one happy customer that will recommend this company and use for future projects

We received estimates for Plantation Shutters from four companies including Shutter Crafters. Shutter Crafters price was the best of all the estimates. Our salesman Russ was truly professional. He covered everything from the measurements to installation including the construction of their shutters. Typical ordering time until delivery is 4-6 weeks. We received ours in 3 weeks. Quick! The quality is excellent. No problems. Installation went smoothly and fast. The installers were also very professional. We can say that we highly recommend Shutter Crafters.
