regretfully I feel that your customer service has dropped significantly! I have been a contracted customer for over 10 years. do service techs not knock on the doors any more? do we understand that just like you customers have lives and work? in order for me to have money to pay you for your service that I need I must keep my job and work. communication is important, not just going through the motions. I will be shopping for a new service, possibly Goettle or Precision, what is the point of paying in full to not have services performed as agreed. I pay you you don't do the work and take my money $? and then give me a hard time.... I expect better! especially if I'm paying you in full each year!
Our AC unit died about a year ago. SG Mechanical Air found us a new unit and got it done in 4 days from initial visit to fully complete. Monday our AC unit stopped working. They did a complete check up on it. Instead of wasting time guessing what the problem might be they came back with a brand new unit. Wow! Thank you so much for excellent service and making sure it was done right! I would highly recommend these guys. Very professional and thorough. Thanks again for taking care of us!!!
SG mechanical scheduled me quickly and got all my work done in a timely manner. Kirkland was efficient and polite. Would recommend
