Servicemaster by Desert Dry employees Julio, Carlos, Simon, Tim, and Shane are the best. They are a conscientious crew who handled the return of my belongings. Everything came back to me very well organized, labeled, and clean. I didn't know what to expect, but I was wonderfully surprised. I know they were just doing their job, however I feel like they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this branch of Servicemaster to anyone who has a disaster happen in their life. They are a caring bunch of people!
I wish I could give them 6 stars! Their teams are some of the most competent, customer-oriented people I have met. They are knowledgeable, prompt, and communicate every step of the process. I have never made an insurance claim before, and Napoleon was great at explaining all the activities that were in front of us, working directly with our insurance company, and cranking out the work. Everyone we interacted with was great. Whatever you folks are doing to find and keep your talented, customer-focused people, please keep it up!
Napoleon Avila came to our home and spent much time explaining our situation, possible options and next steps. He was very thorough and on top of that, just a delightful human, easy to talk to, and to be around.
