They were very nice to talk to and tried to work with my schedule but the GE freezer part that was repaired by them broke again. The warranty part was shipped to them and Aug 18, 2023 was replaced/repaired and now March 15th called and they said so sorry we don't come to fix things in your area anymore. So I guess they don't stand behind their work.

My Whirlpool Refrigerator water dispenser had been leaking for several weeks. The Runyon Appliance serviceman quickly recognized the reason. He ordered a new water valve and replaced it. The leaking stopped. His correct diagnosis led directly to the resolution of the problem.

Nick was great...very helpful...very professional! We appreciate Runyon Appliance...did all they coud do. Unfortunately, Choice Warranty sucks! Runyon awesome...Choice Warranty awful. Call Runyon for service and shop for any other home warranty company. Thank you Runyon!
