I will update when they ever get the last component for my washer and if they even call! 1st: They never called me to schedule a time for the technician to arrive. I had called my insurance Assurance and told them I haven’t received a call from them nor did anyone answer their phone. They decided to give me another company, which by then it was already Thursday. And the next appt was set for Monday the 9/29, I had no choice now! Later during the day 9/29 I get a call from them and decided to not answer as I was cooking dinner. Phone rings again and the guy said he is 10 minutes away?! I’m like what? My dryer was making an awful noise, so I contacted the home warranty company (which usually sends out the cheapest option available). This time, I was pleasantly surprised! Austin arrived right on time, introduced himself, and got right to work. He found a chewed-up pencil in the filter area, cleaned the fan, and went above and beyond by replacing the fan belt, adding new wheels, and generally sprucing up the entire appliance. Outstanding service — truly exceeded expectations!
