I had a water leak somewhere. I called Rooter Hero and they came out at the designated time. After inspecting the problem it was decided on that I needed to get a leak detected. My technician, Gabriel, took care of contacting and setting up the appointment. After finding the leak, Gabriel can back out and finished the job. I'm very pleased with everything.
Tech arrived within 1 hour after I called for service to unclog house drain line. Courteous and friendly. Snaked line and had drain open within 30 minutes - all for $77 total charge - what not to love?
Alfredo Ramirez did a great job with professional clean took care of my problem I recommend them 100%. Also give me some good tips on how to do in the future you won't be disappointed.
