Small but mighty gym for personal and group sessions. Under the direction of owner and trainer Jesse this little gym has everything you need for a major workout. The guy can also build a 3D printer and speaks Mandarin so he's pretty eclectic at what he does. Very nice and friendly and great prices for what you're getting

I have been training here for a few months and I could not be happier with my experience. Fitness has always been a desire but the knowledge wasnt there. Shane has been an amazing help and definitely looks like he knows what he's talking about. Everyone is so nice and I always have a good time when I go. I have never been one who enjoys working out, but at Rhythm and Iron i actually look forward to my training sessions. If you are looking for an amazing experience and need to get in shape, with custom individually designed meal/workout plans then check this place out. Life changing.

I would not waste your money at this place with these two wanna be clowns. They've been at this for many many many years yet neither one has earned their pro card or even came close to it. What does that tell you? It tells you they have no idea what they're doing and have no business training people. Be smart and go to a real gym with real professionals
