5 star. First and foremost because of Samantha Velasquez, who went far and beyond to make sure my older brother who we lost, and my family were taken care of. She made things happened, she made sure everything was well explained. Above all she felt like family, she listened not just hear us. She without a doubt - is doing a good damn job!
I recently laid my mother to rest at Resthaven, Tania, Daniel, Robert and all the other personnel exhibited such compassion and care. Things were handled just right. My family experienced excellent service and noticed the little things we had not thought of that the staff did. The service and intermittent went smoothly and we were left feeling a sense of relief and appreciation fir the work done on behalf of my family.
Recently relied on Resthaven and their staff, especially Phyllis, could not be more helpful. Very professional and caring group of people who assisted in making NY to PHX arrangements. The cemetery grounds can use some maintanence and it was explained they are working on this and the dry and bare look was due to excessive heat. Otherwise, the experience was as good as you can make a burial - respectful and caring
