Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning did a wonderful job on our aunt's home! They are reliable and trustworthy! Very clean and efficient at what they do! Daniel, the estimator, was a huge help in solving the heating and cooling problems this house had. Highly recommend using this company!
I can’t recommend Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning enough. Azel has been to my home a couple times to assist in assessing and tuning my AC. Every time he comes he is polite, trusting, efficient and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things until I understood them and got to know myself and family during the long days he was here. This whole team from Azel to Daniel has made making a big purchase more comfortable. Will be recommending them to everyone I know!
We have called Reliance 3 times over the past 3 years. Our son recommended the to us. The first call was to request a quote on a replacement heatpump. Daniel came out to the house and strongly recommended that we allow him to look the unit over before committing to replace it. We followed his advice and he was able to fix a wiring issue and we're still using that heatpump. The second call (a year later) was for a totally unrelated failure that was resolved with replacement parts. We just had Raul out to perform a complete service on both of our units.
