I have been driving by this gym for the last 3 years and something kept drawing me to it. One day I finally made the call and I talked to the owner Asa on the phone and set a time to come tour the gym. I was immediately welcomed into the gym by Asa and the gym dog Titan. I even brought my son who loved the gym too. It is a powerlifting gym, but don't let that scare you, the people are genuine and welcoming. On the wall it says "Everyone starts somewhere " and that it their motto. Preacher power has to be the best strength training gym in Phoenix! Asa and Malinda have created a family atmosphere and are amazing coaches that know their stuff!! If you want to get strong and have a gym accessible on your schedule then Preacher is your place!
Great little powerlifting gym with a great atmosphere. The owners and gymgoers were extremely helpful and welcoming to a guy who was just there for a day. I was midly surprised since some places get a bit clique-ish. Wasnt like that one bit here. Would definitely get a membership there if I lived this way.
