I have been driving by this gym for the last 3 years and something kept drawing me to it. One day I finally made the call and I talked to the owner Asa on the phone and set a time to come tour the gym. I was immediately welcomed into the gym by Asa and the gym dog Titan. I even brought my son who loved the gym too. It is a powerlifting gym, but don't let that scare you, the people are genuine and welcoming. On the wall it says "Everyone starts somewhere " and that it their motto. Great little powerlifting gym with a great atmosphere. The owners and gymgoers were extremely helpful and welcoming to a guy who was just there for a day. I was midly surprised since some places get a bit clique-ish. Wasnt like that one bit here. Would definitely get a membership there if I lived this way.

Unfortunately, I ran into some personal issues and I couldn't continue training here. For someone who wants more than a big box gym with rows of the same machines, I would recommend this place without hesitation. I am hoping to get to the point where I can start training again (Asa was a huge help and motivation in getting going again, the rest of the gym goers are incredibly supportive, even if you are intimidated at first). This is definitely a "neighborhood" or "family" type of gym, the vibe is apparent from when you walk in. If you want to really improve your lifting you'd benefit from joining this tribe and gym.
