I have had the pleasure of dealing with Juan Gallardo in POF Customer Service and Jackson their lead gunsmith recently. These guys are great ambassadors for POF, and really have gone above and beyond in terms of customer service, including sending me video evidence of rifle function, and fast tracking my warranty return as I was relocating and would not be at my current home address for long enough to receive the return shipment if it followed their standard time frames.
Customer service has been fantastic. Very knowledgeable, doesn't play games, and quick responses. I have been happy with the rifle as well! Can't think of anything negative.

For POF, I have several ARs from them, TOP DESIGN and GREAT machining, they offer if not the BEST ARs we can have today! I encountered a recycling issue in one of my AR pistols, but their production manager Jackson went above n beyond w not only took it back to repair but also upgraded w an adjustable gas block to make sure it cycles on every ammo. They also fixed a TILTED factory mounted keymo brake on my other rifle. Both under warranty, free of charge! Appreciate the professional work done by Jackson as well...read full review
