I have been to this place saw Kendall great place and great Provider. I saw her for annual physical, I learned a lot from her. STI’s preventions, birth control treatments, explained details, I didn’t feel rushing and able to do my PAP smear with no issues. Called on the phone for an appointment and whoever answered the phone was very nice and understanding helped me get an appointment that same day. So I go in and the front desk women were very nice and clear on instructions. Wait time was mid which was okay since there were quite a few of us in there so it was bound to be a long wait anyways. I get called in by the nurse which honestly I wish I remembered her name because god damn bro. She tells me step on the scale and I do and she takes me to what looks like her office to ask me a couple of questions. My first time , just left and I’m very happy! Been so scared to take out my nexplanon in my arm and Tiffany made it a comforting and easy experience with no pain. My only complain is the wait time when there was only one other person waiting. Thank you Tiffany!
