Phil is a great man, truly. Not a person to lie to you, actually there to help with positive intentions. Receptionist lady is kind and welcoming. I reccomend this place. I haven't met the other counsellors, but my general advice is find someone who can help you, and be honest with yourself. Find the right person to help you, and don't waste time for either party.
My son goes there for therapy with his dad, at first I liked Rhonda but his father makes poor decisions that could put our son in danger and she believes the down played version his dad fed her and told my son to not reach out to me in those situations. Don’t find that advice very ethical.
Dr. Joy is an amazing therapist. My new husband and I started visited with her to better learn how to blend our family a couple years back. Now we usually see her individually and talk later together. She has, in just a few session reply helped me understand what really is upsetting me and most of the time it wasn't even my husband!! we enjoy her honesty, never chooses sides and allows us really insightful loving ways to manage the outside world. All the while protected our relationship from anything that hurts our goals together. We will probably never stop therapy and see it as important as any other healthcare.
