EVERY STAFF MEMBER LEADS WITH COMPASSION!!! I took my geriatric cat, Bonnie, last week - she was sick and not eating. There was no waiting in the waiting room, the nurse and Dr promptly attended to Bonnie and treated her like she was one their own lifelong pets. Their love for animals was was so apparent and heartwarming. Today, one week later, my little girl hadn’t improved so I called and they got us in right away. Turns out Bonnnie had a developed a chest mass since our last visit and wasn’t going to make it. The news was not shocking, you know your babies and I knew she may not make it thru the day. I had already been blown away by the love and compassion that staff had shown at my prior visit but, today - there are no words to describe the depths of love, thoughtfulnesses, compassion and professionalism of every single employee! THANK YOU from the bottom I’m my heart. Today was sad for sure but it also reminded me that lovely, wholesome people do still exist 🥰 If you want the absolute best care and compassion for your furry family member GO HERE!! This
Palo Verde is the BEST place to take your animals. The staff is so caring, no matter the age of the animal or type. Great communication on what they are doing and why. Prices are very reasonable. Have been using them for over 15 years and every visit was done with great professionalism and caring for my pet.
