Optum Primary Care - Deer Valley

I drive quite a distance to come to this office. Sarah Hughes takes the time to listen and does a thorough job helping me maintain my mother's care. All office staff treat us with respect and always return my calls promptly. While Sarah was out of town, we were seen by Joseph Hall. He did an amazing job trying to find a solution to my mom's pain. Once, I had a small episode in their office and their concern for myself was outstanding. I recommend this team who actually seem to have empathy for their patients.

KRYSTAL Davis, Is a NP. She is my primary doctor. I went to Mayo Clinic and they did nothing for me. When I saw KRYSTAL, she listened to what I was going through. She gave me four prescription and I got better. And mayo clinic didn't do nothing. So I highly recommend KRYSTAL Davis, as a NP. P.S. I switched my son doctor, to KRYSTAL Davis.

First time in office for pre op physical. Greeted with smile and told my physician was ill, but would arrange for next possible appointment. Appt with nurse practitioner within an hour. Office was clean and constant effort to keep germ free. Seen within an hour by Marsha PA. She was kind, caring and efficient. I was given flu shot as requested. Office staff quickly took vitals and history. After exam, EKG performed and sent for lab. My clearance for surgery was complete. Easy, attentive staff and would recommend this office to my anyone needing these services. Thank you for such a refreshing experience.DIane
