Optum Primary Care - Black Canyon

February 27, 2004I just saw and heard an awful lady walk in and be so rude to the girl in the front desk. The girl tried to explain to her and this woman wouldn't even let her talk.Had to do with some lab work, sometimes things don't work out the way we want but we can't go through life acting so immature.I love coming to this place for as long as I can remember and I've always been treated with respect.

Terrific health services; provider reviews charts and takes the time getting to better understand the patient, then offering excellent medical advice. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and efficient processing the patient into the clinic. I have increased my confidence that Optum is indeed a trusted partner.

It's always easy to get an appointment whether it's in person or online, the girls at the desk are super nice, the wait has never been long and the office is very clean. I see Rachel Kimes and just love her. She listens, gives great advice and tells you what you really need to do, not just in and out like most doctors. This place is a total 180 from the 43rd Avenue Medical that I was going to. Thank you for making my attitude about going to the doctor a whole lot better!!
