They took me in right away to get started on the repair of my computer.. It has been 3 days and I have 2 more days of download to get my files put back on my computer. I still have to download more software and call the software companies to get it up and running.Another person I know worked directly with Microsoft since it was a Microsoft problem. Microsoft had their computer up and running within a couple of hours without having to reload everything.Shouldn't Microsoft have been contacted?

I interviewed for a job here. They never set up a second interview but that is because I was swinging for the fence and was underqualified for the job (this I'm sure speaks to their high standards in service). My brief visit was extremely pleasant and everyone there was extremely nice and professional. I understand why I didn't get hired but I can't deny being disappointed that I didn't get a chance to work with this company. Jim is the owner and cares deeply for his staff and customers.

I have been working with Jim and his staff for at least 15 years and have always found them to be the best I. T. company in the Phoenix area. I would never hesitate to use this company to solve my computing problems.
