With Cox's migrating support for its "@cox.net" email accounts to Yahoo, it became necessary to have my Outlook email application configuration modified accordingly. It was not an intuitive configuration, but Nick did some investigation of the exact configuration necessary and then modified my Outlook within a couple days of my request. About two weeks later, when my Outlook configuration somehow became corrupted, he was booked solidly for about 3 days, but took the time to text me the necessary steps to correct the situation.
