Very Impressed. Our call was answered, even though it was late in the day. We were put on the schedule in less than 36 hours. We were very impressed with the day prior notification of our service window by both text message and email and our notice by text message and email that our technician was on the way. Extremely impressed with our service technician Chase. He was very professional and personable, as well as Very knowledgeable. Our repair was successful to our dryer, and it should be noted that we previously had him repair our oven, with the same skill and professionalism as today. Very highly recommended and will use again
Chase from Mr. Appliance did an incredible job tracking down the problem with our Speed Queen washer. He persevered to isolate the issue having to do with a circuit board. The circuit board was on back order from Speed Queen so Chase just fixed it himself. And it worked ! No one takes the time to fix anything any more. They just order a new one. You don’t find real technicians with Chases’ skill these days. Thanks Chase and the staff at Mr. Appliance. Everyone performed perfectly. We knew when the technician was going to arrive and he did, right on time. Seems like a small thing but it’s the small things that matter. Thanks again Chase. John Entreken
Chase from Mr Appliance came this morning as scheduled. He confirmed as I thought that my compressor went out on my refrigerator.
He explained what he had to do and order the part. He conveyed to me the price to repair my 5 year old refrigerator. I decided to repair. His service rate and repair rate was very reasonable as I had searched the cost of repairing as well called another local repair company and they gave me a cost of almost $300 more than Chase’s cost.
Chase came as promised after receiving new compressor and installed it within an hour and informing me of how the LG will turn itself on and begin cooling again. It went just as he stated.
